“After choosing to be a vegetarian for ecological reasons 15 years ago, I began to ask myself serious questions about the impact of food on our health. As a coordinator in the international solidarity sector, I have lived in the Middle East, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.

In my travels, I have noticed (among other things) that few cultures eat three times a day, and none of these countries eat sweet foods in the morning. Little by little, I changed my eating habits, I definitively adopted intermittent fasting, then I gradually eliminated sugar from my breakfasts. Then, fasting became part of my wellness routine in Haiti, after meeting yogi monks who practiced it regularly and introduced me to it.

After observing how these new changes preserved my vital energy, I realized that a change in diet could really change my life. Of course, I also had the pleasure of incorporating various recipes from here and elsewhere into my diet, which I will be happy to share with you. Now that I am a mother of 3 children, I had to push my nutritional knowledge even further.

What I propose to share with you are 15 years of reflection, research and passion. I also decided to train in nutrition, iridology & naturopathy, as well as in Buchinger fasting coaching, to complement my passion with a solid knowledge base.

I will accompany you during this stay with as much listening and kindness as possible. I do not claim to have all the answers, but together we can reflect and find the most suitable solutions to allow you to regain your vital energy after fasting. »  Joyce

« In 2006 I went to live in India and Nepal for a while. I will initiate myself to meditation and thanks to some deep experiences and an undeniable impact in favor of my well-being, I will integrate this practice into my routine for the next 15 years. During this trip, I will become a vegetarian, without thinking too much about it. Quickly, links are made between meditation, body, mind and food. In 2010 I will discover Asanas (Yoga postures), fasting (which I will also integrate into my life) and Yoga in its entirety when I go to live in the Haitian mountains to coordinate humanitarian projects carried out by Yogi Monks. I will learn from them, deepen my sense of being, the mechanics of life, my understanding of the body, of thought, of the place of food and of so many other elements that make up well-being, during 4 years. A global coherence where each element reinforces the previous one has been put in place.

After 15 years of expatriation and coordination of humanitarian projects on 5 continents, I wanted to return to France, in particular to humbly share this knowledge from my own experience.

I will accompany you throughout your stay by offering you Asana awakening sessions as well as initiations to meditation and relaxation techniques. These sessions are the result of my experiences and aim to introduce you gently to practices that you can appropriate and integrate into your daily life.

I will also offer you different types of massages to stimulate the effects of fasting on your body and mind. Also individual sessions designed to trigger the behavioral changes you want. My goal is to take care of you and help make this stay a unique, deep, regenerating and inspiring experience. »  Paul
