At Fasting at Go Wild, each person is unique, and we firmly believe in the importance of providing a tailor-made service. Our approach begins with an in-depth consultation, where we get to know you, your goals, your current eating habits and your preferences. This first step allows us to best meet your needs:

- Do you want to lose weight ?

– Do you want to fast, but you don’t know if you will be able to?

– Do you want to introduce more plant proteins into your daily diet?

– You would like advice on nutrition adapted to your needs and your lifestyle.

– Do you want individual and more daily coaching? Call us, we'll talk about it!

OPTION 2 suivi personnalisé

Have you decided to embark on the great adventure of fasting? We will follow you:

BEFORE
From one month to 1 week depending on your needs:

A call at least 3 months in advance will allow you to determine where you are and what your objectives are.
We provide ourselves with all the information to best prepare your fast and make a nutritional descent that is most suitable for your body to begin the detox work that awaits it. We will give you a detailed menu with shopping list and will be available all week to support and guide you.

DURING
During the fasting week, we will be available for you 24 hours a day, we will bend over backwards to make this week an unforgettable and rich moment. Hikes, discussions, workshops, cocooning: our goal is to relax you as much as possible!

AFTER
We will follow you throughout the recovery week to ensure that it is as gentle as it is beneficial. A detailed menu with shopping list for the recovery will be provided to you and of course, we remain available by telephone and/or email all year round.
